Assiniboine Park’s magical new Nature Playground

Check out the amazing new Nature Playground at Assiniboine Park. This park is unlike any park in Canada, offering kids an unbelievably beautiful outdoor play area. Enter through the storybook-like gate and find yourself in the Children’s Garden, greeted by the frog topiary band. From there, explore a giant robin’s nest, slithering slides, rubber mountains, a sky-high crow’s nest, swings and rolling green hills.

 The new space is designed as a year-round wonderland, as the land is naturally transformed by the uniquely Manitoban elements each season brings. Showcasing everything from endless spring tulips to wintery snow-covered hills, the Nature Playground will be a space for families to enjoy 365 days a year.
