A Few Good Men at Manitoba Theatre Centre

Can you handle the truth? The Manitoba Theatre Centre starts their season off tonight with the courtroom thriller A Few Good Men from Hollywood heavyweight Aaron Sorkin (The Social Network, The West Wing). Don’t miss your chance to catch Sorkin’s trademark wit and rapid-fire dialogue live on stage in this “compelling” and “provocative” drama.

A Few Good Men tells the story of conspiracy, honour and truth in the United States Military. Set in Washington and Guantanomo Bay,Cuba in the summer of 1986, two young lawyers discover a high-level cover up while defending a pair of Marines accused of murder in a hazing incident gone wrong.

This Broadway hit was adapted into an Oscar-nominated film starring Tom Cruise, Demi Moore and Jack Nicholson in 1992.

For more information or to find tickets, visit MTC. Oh, and check out their special deal on a few evening performances in November.
