The Forks is the best place to be this spring break. Gather your family and join us at our new Visitor Information Centre to Ring in Spring with fun demonstrations and an exciting Easter egg hunt. Yes, there will be chocolate (for kids only 😉)!

Our VIC will be decorated for the season with window paintings, flowers, bikes and more. Come by to check out displays from awesome tourist destinations across the province including FortWhyte Alive, Assiniboine Park Conservancy, Oak Hammock Marsh, Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada, Canadian Fossil Discovery Centre, Winnipeg Art Gallery and the Manitoba Museum. Demonstrations will take place March 19 and 20 from 10 to 2 pm.

You won’t want to miss the most exciting event of the week – an Easter Egg Scavenger Hunt taking place March 26th from 10 to 2 pm! Kids are invited to hop into the VIC to pick up their Easter Scavenger Hunt form and embark on an epic hunt around the historic Forks site. Find the Easter Eggs hidden in The Forks and bring your completed form back to the VIC for a delicious prize from Chocolatier Constance Popp and The Almond Tree. Those who complete the hunt will also be eligible to enter to win our special Travel Manitoba Easter Basket. Thank you, Easter Bunny!
