Get a glimpse into Manitoba’s farming community on Open Farm Day

Have you ever wondered how a real working farm operates? The machinery, the animals, the crops, the fields? In an age when most of us relate where our food comes from to which aisle it sits in the grocery store, seeing how your food is actually produced is an eye-opening experience. On September 17, you’ll get your chance to do just that when Manitoba Open Farm Day comes around. This annual event sees more than 45 farms around the province open its doors to visitors as they invite people to participate in the workings of their farm.
